In the centre there's nowhere to leave a skip in front of a shop, so the truck comes before opening and the stock room is cleared straight onto it. Every business must be able to show its waste went to a licensed carrier. Ours is CB/DU308513, and each Rayleigh collection comes with a transfer note.
