RoRo containers need hard standing and about 40 feet of straight access for the hook-loader. For shops and offices in the centre we collect before opening, because loading bays are restricted through the day.
They can't go on the public road: licences from Essex County Council cover builders' skips only. A RoRo always sits on private land.
