Fly-Tipping Clearance across Essex
Dumped on private land? Photographed, cleared and documented, usually within a day or two.
Fly-Tipping prices
We send a free estimate from a photo of the pile, usually the same day, because dumped waste is rarely what it looks like from the road. Tyres and fridges are itemised. If there is more on the day than the photo shows, or access is harder, we agree any change with you before we start. Regular hotspots can be put on an agreed rate.
Have your own labour? Wait and load is £180 to £540 by the truck load, and a grab lorry is from £200.

Questions people ask
Who is responsible for fly-tipping on private land?
The landowner or occupier. Councils investigate and may prosecute, but they don't remove waste from private land.
Should I report it first?
Yes, report it to the council so it's logged, especially if you can see who dumped it. Then have it cleared before it attracts more.
Can you stop it happening again?
Clearing quickly is the best deterrent. We can also put a site on a regular check with an agreed price per visit.
How does the free estimate work?
Tap a few answers about the job and add a photo or two. We come back with an estimate, usually the same working day, by call, text, WhatsApp or email, whichever you choose. Nobody needs to visit for most jobs and there's no obligation. The estimate is based on what you tell us and your photos. If the job turns out different on the day, such as more waste or harder access than described, we agree any change with you before we start.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken by card when we confirm your booking, by phone or a secure payment link. Trade accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms once agreed in writing.
What if I need to cancel a one-off booking?
Free cancellation up to 4pm the working day before. After that a £42 call-out (£35 + VAT) is charged, or the price of your booking if that is less, and if you've already paid we refund the rest. For a skip, once the lorry has left to deliver it, the wasted journey fee is £60 (£50 + VAT) instead of the call-out. Booked as a private person, not a business? You can also cancel within 14 days after the day you book. If you didn't ask us to come within those 14 days, cancelling inside them is free. If you did ask us, cancelling before 4pm the working day before is still free. After that we have started work on your job, so you pay the late cancellation charge above, and once the job is done you can't cancel it. Our terms say how, with a form you can use.
