The job

Rubbish Clearance: about the job

Our crew does the lifting. Tell us what's going and where it is, and we'll come back with an estimate.

What's going?

Tap everything that applies. Add counts in the box below if you can.

Roughly how much?
Where is it now?

Tell us the floor: it affects the price.

Is there a lift?
Does anything need taking apart to get it out?
Is any of it loose, not in bags?
Where can we park?
Is any of this in it?

Gas bottles we can take: they're kept separate and quoted. Chemicals, fuel and asbestos we can't take, so it helps to know now.

What type of gas bottle?

Tap each type you have. They're collected separately and priced by type.

Photos that help us price it
  • One wide photo of everything that's going
  • A close-up of anything unusual or very large
  • The way out: stairs, narrow doors or tight corners

Up to 12. No photo to hand? Send the form and WhatsApp them to 07854 266268.

Rubbish removal in Epping: what to know

Epping is a market town at the end of the Central line, strung along a single High Street and hemmed in by Epping Forest and green belt. It has no recycling centre of its own: Waltham Abbey's is the closest but takes cars only and no DIY waste, so van loads and rubble have to go to Harlow.

Epping's housing ranges from cottages and Victorian villas to inter-war and post-war semi-detached houses and council-built homes. Hemnall Street was developed in the early nineteenth century, Station Road is a residential area beside the Underground terminus, and Coopersale, separated from the town by forest land, and Ivy Chimneys are residential areas in their own right. The High Street and Bell Common are conservation areas. Residents' permit parking operates in parts of the town, so a clearance vehicle may need a space arranged in advance.

If there is no driveway or the street has residents' parking, send a photo of the access so we can plan where to load. Plenty of Epping jobs are only a handful of items and bags: for those, price it yourself and book online. Bigger clear-outs with help on hand often go as wait and load.

Epping Forest District Council empties the 180-litre black bin every two weeks. The lid has to close, side waste isn't collected (bagged polystyrene is the only exception), and homes on sacks can put out four at most. Anything that can't go out with the rubbish, we can clear from Epping in one visit. The council's bin rules.

Epping Forest District Council recorded 3,542 fly-tipping incidents in 2024/25, up from 3,093 the year before, by the government's own figures. Our waste carrier number is CB/DU308513, on the Environment Agency's public register.

Typical Epping jobs. House clearances from cottages and terraces with on-street parking; renovation and extension waste from larger family houses; garden clearances on forest-edge and green-belt properties.

Leave items

Not taken
No garden waste, soil, building waste, carpet or underlay, worktops, fixtures or fittings, hazardous waste or paint, pianos, glass or items containing glass, fence panels, sheds or greenhouses, or large American-style fridge….
