One price to collect a filled standard bag, whether it is your own or one we supplied. If we supply the bag it is £24 (£20 + VAT) on top, or buy the bag first and book the collection when it is full. The lorry's crane reaches about 4 metres from where it can park.

Before you book
- What it costs
- £144 to collect a filled 1 cubic yard bag, whether it's your own or ours.
- What's included
- The crane lift and licensed disposal, with a waste transfer note. No permit needed on your own land.
- Who loads it
- You fill it at your own pace, to the top edge and not heaped; soil only to the marked line. It must sit on your own land within about 4 metres of where the lorry can park, not behind a wall or fence.
- When we come
- We deliver bags from the next working day, and collect a filled bag within five working days of you telling us.
- What could cost extra
- If we supply the bag, it's £24 more. Batteries, vapes, battery-powered electricals, asbestos, fridges, tyres, paint and chemicals can't go in a skip bag. Battery disposal options.
- After you book
- Pay by card when you book online, through Stripe's secure checkout, and your confirmation comes by email. There's no need to call us. Free to cancel until 4pm the working day before; after that £42, or the booking price if that is less.

Questions people ask
How full can I fill the bag?
To the top edge, not heaped. Heavy waste like soil should stop at the marked line so the crane can lift it safely.
Where can I put the bag?
Anywhere on your own land within about 4 metres of where the lorry can park, such as a driveway or front garden. Not behind a fence or wall, and not on the road, pavement or grass verge, which need a licence.
How long can I keep it?
As long as you like. Call or message when it's full and we collect within five working days, often sooner.
Can batteries go in a skip?
No. No batteries of any kind in skips, skip bags or containers, including batteries hidden in electrical items. Household and car batteries, lithium packs, power-tool batteries, e-bike batteries and vapes must be kept out. Batteries can cause fires when damaged or crushed. Can you collect batteries separately?
Contact us before booking or loading them. Send the battery type, quantity, condition and postcode, and say whether they are from a home or business. We will confirm whether a suitable separate collection can be arranged and agree any price first. It is not included in skip hire. Do not leave batteries beside the skip for the driver without an agreed separate collection. Ask us about batteries.
When do I pay?
Booked online, you pay by card there and then, through Stripe's secure checkout, and your confirmation comes by email. For a quoted job, or a booking made with our office: Payment is taken by card when we confirm your booking, by phone or a secure payment link. Trade accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms once agreed in writing.
What if I need to cancel a one-off booking?
Free cancellation up to 4pm the working day before. After that a £42 call-out (£35 + VAT) is charged, or the price of your booking if that is less, and if you've already paid we refund the rest. For a skip, once the lorry has left to deliver it, the wasted journey fee is £60 (£50 + VAT) instead of the call-out. Booked as a private person, not a business? You can also cancel within 14 days after the day you book. If you didn't ask us to come within those 14 days, cancelling inside them is free. If you did ask us, cancelling before 4pm the working day before is still free. After that we have started work on your job, so you pay the late cancellation charge above, and once the job is done you can't cancel it. Our terms say how, with a form you can use.
