Fridge Freezer Disposal prices
VAT included. "On its own" includes the £40 base fee; in a booking with other items, each is charged at its collection rate.
Before you book
- What it costs
- One £40 base fee per visit, then each item at its collection rate: a fridge-freezer is £65 and an under-counter fridge or freezer £65.
- What's included
- Our crew, the van, loading and licensed disposal, with a waste transfer note. Prices are for items left out the front or somewhere easy to reach.
- Who loads it
- Our crew does the lifting and loading. Items left outside don't need you there; inside collections need an adult present.
- When we come
- For item collections, choose from the available collection days when you book. Book by 4pm the working day before your collection day. We text you a two-hour arrival window.
- What could cost extra
- Carrying out from inside: £72 an hour. Above the first floor, no lift: £18 a floor. Dismantling: £30 an item. We bag up loose waste: £24 a job.
- After you book
- Pay by card when you book online, through Stripe's secure checkout, and your confirmation comes by email. There's no need to call us. Free to cancel until 4pm the working day before; after that £42, or the booking price if that is less.

Do you collect from inside the house?
Yes. Prices are for items out the front or somewhere easy to reach; carrying out from inside the house or flat is £72 an hour, plus £18 a floor above the first floor with no lift. Add it under extras when you book.
Do I need to be home?
Not if it's accessible: outside, in a side passage or an open garage. Send a photo when you book.
When can you collect?
For item collections, choose from the available collection days when you book. Book by 4pm the working day before your collection day. The soonest day you can have is shown first, and we text you a two-hour arrival window.
When do I pay?
Booked online, you pay by card there and then, through Stripe's secure checkout, and your confirmation comes by email. For a quoted job, or a booking made with our office: Payment is taken by card when we confirm your booking, by phone or a secure payment link. Trade accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms once agreed in writing.
Are you licensed?
Yes. LM Waste Management Ltd holds Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier licence CB/DU308513, carries £10m public liability insurance and issues a waste transfer note for every job, or a hazardous waste consignment note where the law needs one.
